2. Purpose:
   One Stop Shop is a service provided by the City of East Peoria allowing commercial developers and contractors to meet with City staff to present development plans for review. Input is given regarding zoning, infrastructure connections, fire safety, and building code requirements. Attendance for all potential projects is strongly encouraged as meetings have greatly reduced the time and effort needed to bring a development from conceptual stage to implementation.
