Residents needing to stay warm because their furnace is not working can go to two East Peoria facilities during normal business hours:
East Peoria Civic Plaza at 401 W. Washington St., open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
EastSide Centre at 1 EastSide Drive, open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m.
