The BOOM is back! Unity Point Health Methodist Red White & Boom is Monday, July 4 on the East Peoria and Peoria riverfronts. The fireworks show is at 9:30 p.m. Afterward there will be traffic slowdowns. Patience and humor are encouraged.
Those attending the UnityPoint Health Red White & Boom celebration in RiverFront Park should let the professionals handle the fireworks and leave the sparklers at home. Sparklers and any type of fireworks will be prohibited in RiverFront Park on July 4.
