As of June 1, 2019, the prevailing wage schedule published by the Illinois Department of Labor automatically sets the applicable prevailing wage rates, and the City of East Peoria no longer approves an annual prevailing wage ordinance/resolution.
Effective September 1, 2020, all Certified Transcripts of Payrolls shall be submitted electronically to the Illinois Department of Labor.
